胎兔软骨创伤愈合观察

  摘 要:目的研究胚胎软骨在创伤愈合过程中是否也具有无瘢痕愈合的特点。方法将孕23天(孕期为31天)的胚胎兔耳全层切开,缝合后送回子宫内。分别于术后3、5、7、14天将创伤兔耳取下;同时在成兔耳上也做全层切开,并于手术后3、7、14、21天将创伤兔耳取下,对标本进行大体、光镜和电镜观察。结果胎兔软骨是由纤维组织连接伤口,为瘢痕愈合,但愈合过程较成兔速度快,炎症反应小。结论胎兔软骨的创伤愈合》瘢痕愈合,但不同于成兔,表现为愈合速度快,炎症反应小。

Observation of fetal cartilage wound healing

  Abstract:Objective To detremine whether fetal cartilage shares the unique scarless healing properties of fetal skin. Methods Full thickness in cisional ear wounds were created and sutured in fetal rabbits at 23 days' gestation(full term, 31 days')and in adult control rabbits. We harvested the samples of fetal rabbits at days 3,5,7,14 post wounding and the samples of adult rabbits at days 3,7,14,21 post wounding. Assessment at that time included evaluation of gross morphology, histologic and electronic microscopic appearance. Results Both fetal and adult cartilage wounds healed with scar formation. In contrast to adult wounds, no significant inflammatory response was foundd in fetal sounds. Conclusion Fetal cartilage healed more rapidly and without significant inflammation.
