肝动脉的应用解剖

  在63例成尸上观察了肝动脉的起源和行程,腹腔干及主要分支外径和腹腔干至肠系膜上动脉间的距离。结果肝右、左动脉,肝固有动脉,肝总动脉和腹腔干外径分别为3.1±0.5,2.8±0.3,4.0±0.12,5.3±0.22和7.4±0.4 mm;正常型肝动脉占50.79%(32例);Hiatt Ⅱ、Ⅲ型分别占19.05%(12例)和6.34%(4例);腹腔干至肠系膜上动脉间距离为7.4±0.33 mm。讨论了肝动脉变异及其临床意义。

   The Applied Anatomy of the Hepatic Artery

  Abstract The origin and the course of the hepatic arteies, the diameters of the coeliac trunks and the its main branches, the distance between the coeliac trunks with superior mesenteric arteries were observed and measured on 63 adult cadavers.Results: The right and left branches of the hepatic arteries, the proper hepatic arteries, the common hepatic arteries, and the coeliac trunks were 3.1±0.5,2.8±0.3,0.4±0.12,5.3±22 and 7.4±0.4 mm in diameters, respectivly. The normal type of hepatic arteries were observed in 50.79% (32 case) of the specimens. Hiatt Ⅱ、Ⅲ types were observed in 19.05% (12 case) and 6.34% (4 case), respectivly. The distance between the coeliac trunks and superior mesenteric arteries was 7.4±3.3 mm. The anomalous hepatic arteries and clinical consideration were disscused.
