　　【摘要】近年越来越多的文献报道了创伤性颅脑损伤后患者凝血-纤溶指标改变的临床研究，显示这些指标不仅在早期评价患者颅脑创伤程度及远期预后中有益，而且可以很好的预测迟发性进展性颅脑损伤的发生、发展。对这些指标进行监测，有利于临床治疗策略的制定，降低迟发进展性损害所致风险。本文就颅脑创伤后凝血-纤溶指标变化机制，其对患者预后评估价值及目前针对颅脑创伤后凝血功能不全的治疗作一综述。上海仁济医院神经外科梁玉敏

　　[Abstract]Many studies reported coagulation-fibrinolysis changed great after TBI in recent years. In these clinical studies,coagulation-fibrinolysis markers can not only evaluate the severity of brain damage and long-term prognosis in the early stage but also predict the occurrence of delayed and progressive brain injury.Monitoring of these markers will improve the strategies in clinical treatment and limit the potential risk caused by delayed and progressive injury. In this paper, the mechanism of coagulation - fibrinolysis changes after traumatic will be descibed.The value to predict the prognosis of patients after TBI by coagulation - fibrinolysis markers and current treatments for coagulation dysfunction will be reviewed.
